ilne Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1979 by Scott Milne, and employs a staff of 10 experienced and highly skilled plumbers.

Scott Milne – Founder, Master Plumber

Scott Milne, the founder of Milne Plumbing & Heating, was born and raised in Manchester, Massachusetts, holds the Master Plumber designation, and has been providing exceptional plumbing services to the North Shore community for over 30 years .

Scott is a past president of the North Shore Plumbing Association, and currently sits on the Plumbing Board of the North Shore Regional Vocational School.
